| Mr. Wishneff is president of Wishneff & Associates in Roanoke, Virginia, and a professor in the Graduate Program of Urban and Regional Planning at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. His business consults on governmental and development-related issues, including public/private development partnership, downtown planning and development, public assembly facility development, site location analysis and economic impact analysis. The consulting group focuses on providing business clients with marketing, customer service and technical support as they deploy services via the Internet. He has extensive international experience, having worked in technology and planning for Optus Communications in Sydney, Australia, and as General Manager and COO for BellSouth Chile in Santiago, Chile.
